WAIHI HOSPITAL AFFAIRS. DEPARTMENT TO ADJUDICATE. (By Telegraph. —Press Association.) WAIHI, Thursday. • Following the decision of the Waihi Hospital Board at its meeting on Tuesday evening to hold a conference with the matron and the medical superintendent with a view to reaching an amicable settlement between them, the board met last evening. After a heated discussion It was deemed wiser to refer the matter to the Health Department and to send on ell correspondence In connection with the impasse for its consideration.
