The Berlin correspondent of the Dally Telegraph suggests that the postponement of the trial of Rev. M* Niemoeller is due to the authoriti©** fear of an acquittal. The correspondent recalls that two prominent evangelical pastors have been acquitted on similar charges within five weeks. The official reason for the postponement Is that the further evidence available requires examination.
