PERFORMERS’ CLUB.
HAPPY EVENING HELD. The Performers’ Club held their fortnightly function on Saturday evening in George Kingston’s Studio, when a jolly time was spent. An excellent programme was presented, the following artists performing: Classic dances, Miss B. Scrimshaw; songs. Mrs F. McLean; pianoforte solos, Miss S. Strang; violin solos, Miss O. Fryer. Among those present were:—Mesdanies Thomas, Varney. Scrimshaw, Lock, Scott, McLean, Selwyn (Auckland), Priscott, Dawson, Martin, Patterson. Misses Parkhouse, Strang. Blake, Powell, Gibson, Seal. Swarbrick, Johnson. Wills, Burton, Fryer, Norell, Hall, Runyan, Peterson, McLean, McCrall. Davis, Woolford, Held.
