REPLY TO MEDICAL MEN. HEALTH INSURANCE SCHEME. h. _ (By Telegraph —press Association ) WELLINGTON, Sunday. “In his address to the Hastings Rotary Club, Di*. Cashmore complains that the Government’s health Insurance scheme will react to the detriment of the standard of medical practice in New Zealand.” said Dr. D. G. McMillan, M.P., chairman of the National Health Insurance Committee, when Interviewed to-day. “ Dr. Caslimore’s standard seems to indicate that medical men are more devoted to the fee than the science of medicine. I cannot accept such a low estimate of the medical profession In tills country.”
