REV. MARTIN NIEMOELLER. clergy, was arrested in Berlin recently, and charged with slandering Nazi notables and calling for opposition to Nazi church laws. His clergy rallied to his support, and he was released. During the war Mr. Niemoeller was a submarine commander.
