43 TEAMS COMPETING. CAMBRIDGE- PRIMARY’S SUCCESS. (Special to Times.) CAMBRIDGE. Sunday. The annual football and basketball competitions or the primary schools of Cambridge and districts was held at Learnington on Saturday. There was a good crowd In attendance to watch the 43 teams competing. The referees were Messrs L. Bear and G El ley. After the games the cups were presented by Mr F. Lye. The results were as follows:—Senior football: First round, Cambridge A 39, Maungatau 0; Leamington 3, Katpakl 0; Cambridge B. a bye: Matangl 6, Convent 3. Seml-llnals: Cambridge A 9, Leamington 3; Cambridge B 6. Matangl 3. Final: Cambridge B 6, Cambridge A 3.
