PRISONER REMANDED.
BURGLARY CHARGES. FURTHER INFORMATION WANTED. (Special to Times.) AUCKLAND, Saturday. Stating that he desired further information regarding accused, Mr Justice Fair remanded Peter Stanley Cottingham (21), a farm labourer, of Waitakururu, when lie appeared in the Supreme Court, Auckland, yesterday to he sentenced on a charge of breaking info a house by day and on two charges of theft. Accused came before Mr S. L Paterson. S.M., in Hie Magistrate’s Court, Hamilton, on July 20 and was sen Irneod to three months’ Imprisonment I’- r stealing £l2 from his employer, liem-y Theodore Evans, of Waltakal’ui’u. on .lime I. The offences for which Cotlingham appeared for senday were committed prior to that date, the charges being beard in the Magistrate’s Court at Pukekohe. from where he was committed for sentoueo.
