MORE CORDIAL ATMOSPHERE. WELCOMED BY FRANCE* GRATIFICATION IN LONDON. r (Omcial Wireless.) , (Received August 0, 3.15 p.m.) ( RUGBY, August 5. Messages from Haris show that there Is general appreciation in France that the exchange of letters between Mr. Neville Chamberlain and Signor Mussolini contains nothing derogatory to the friendly understanding existing between the British and French Governments, and that a more cordial atmosphere should result in the relations between London and Rome from the Premier’s correspondence.
