COURT BAILIFF CHARGED. SOME COUNT 3 DENIED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. Eight charges of theft involving £4l 8s were preferred against a court bailiff, Arthur Kingsley Bell, in the i Magistrate's Court to-day.
