The Admiralty announces that tht leader of the third destroyer flotilla, the Faulknor, when en route to Spain, was Involved In a collision with tht Clan McFadyen In a fog off Uah ant Island. The damage to the Faulknor forced her to return to Portsmouth. The Clan McFadyen was slightly damaged and continued to Hull. The Faulknor recently escaped undamaged when bombs were dropped near her In the outer harbour ok Bilbao.
