INTERESTING WEDDING.

CEREMONY AT KHARTOUM. "We are pleased to anounce that the marriage of Dr. Norman Cameron and Nurse Annie Thomas, of the Sudan United Mission, was solemnised on the morning of April 28 in the Chapel of the American Presbyterian Mission Girls’ School at Khartoum by Dr. Shields of that mission. Mr Wilfrid Mills, field superintendent, gave the bride away, and the bridal couple were sent off with the good wishes of their friends, who got rid of their old shoes by using them to adorn the corridor of the honeymoon railway carriage, which was well sprinkled with confetti." The above Is from the Lightbearer, official organ of the Sudan United Mission. Miss Annie Thomas -J. a Hamilton girl, the daughter of Mr Thomas, of Te Rapa, and she received her training as nurse at the Waikato Hospital.
