CHOCOLATES FROM WOOD. MANUFACTURE IN GERMANY. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrlgl (Received Aug. 4, 11.50 a.m.) LONDON. Aug. 3. The Berlin correspondent of the Dally Telegraph says that the latest German chemical triumph, chocolates made from wood, are being shown at the Dusseldorf Exhibition, called "A Nation at Work.” The chocolates are made from “wood sugar,” extracted from wood waste products.
