Alan Mangels, who pleaded guilty to a charge of failing to stop a car after an accident, was to-day fined £lO by Mr Justice Northcroft, who prohibited Mangels from holding a license for three years. The judge remarked that the offence was aggravated by the fact that prisoner had previous convictions for offences arising principally out of drink and that Mangels was at the time of the offence under a prohibition f order.
