Enthusiasts tn this area will be pleased to see that the captain of the Combined Waikato-King Country-Thames Valley team, C. A. Crossman, has been included and he stands an excellent chance of final selection. After his great showings in Wellington and against the Springboks he looked a certainty and as he is improving all the time and is a very sound defender as well as a penetrative attacking back he has every chance of playing on August 14.
