MOTORISTS IN COURT. An unusually light list of traffic offences came before Mr L. Paterson, S.M.. in the. Magistrate’s Court, Hamilton, to-day. For cutting the corner at the Inter--section of Bridge Street and Grey Street on June 29. Harold Daniel Desmond was fined 5s with 12s costs. Eric George Nicholson was fined 5s and ordered to pay 10s costs for riding a motor-cycle on the OhaupoPaterangi Road on June 16 without adequate foot-rests for the person on the pillion seat. For failing to take out a driver’s license. Frank Le Beau was fined 10s and ordered to pay 10s costs. A fine of 10s with 10s costs was imposed on Eric Raymond Waite, for overtaking a vehicle travelling at more than 6 miles an hour at the intersection of Victoir i Street and Hood Sti eel ou June 14.
