FATAL FALL FROM PLANK.
MARRIED MAN SUCCUMBS. (By TelPjrranlu—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesday. ’ Falling from a plank and severely Injuring his head, Mr Wilfred Harold Went (43), married, who was admitted to the Churstchurch Public Hospital last evening, died shortly before ten o’clock. Mr Went was employed by a contracting firm In cleaning the ceilings j of premises in Colombo Street and fell I from the plank on which he was Working. He struck his head on a glass showcase and landed heavily on the floor.
