This func- • tlon is held yearly for the purpose of entertaining the staff of the Herd- ’. testing Office (Hamilton), and was • j very well attended, visitors being pre- ] i sent from Hamilton, Te Aroha, WaiL | toa, Alorrlnsvllle, Matamata, and the 1 j surrounding districts. The supper arrangements had been left In the hatods of a ladles’ committee comprising Alesdames R. A. Candy, F. Hayward, P. W. Davis, J. Tomlinson, T. Vickers. H. Plkett and A. Vlokers. Music was played by the Ambassadors’ Orchestra from Afatamata, and Afessrs F. Hayward and H.
