Cabinet has approved the purchase of approximately 15 4 acres at Masterton for housing, several areas at Dannevirke for at least 30 houses, and three acres at Nelson. li has also approved the purchase of approximately 79 acres owned by Ihe .Metropolitan Trotting Club at Christchurch, on which two residences, one of tr> rooms, which will probably lm converted into flats for pensioners, will he eroded. Two lenders, those of Mr T. Ferguson and Ihe Love Const ruction Company, have been approved for nine houses al Wakari. Dunedin.
