TE KUITI YARDINGS. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having held their usual fortnightly sale at Te Kuitl on Friday, when a good yarding of sheep and a small yarding of cattle came forward. The entry of sheep, comprising mostly hoggets which have been grazing on swedes, sold under keen competition at an advance on recent prices. An entry of steer# In the oattle section also attracted attention. Medium fat wethers made 31s, forward conditioned wethers 27s 3d to 28s 6d, good white face wether hoggets 25s lOd, medium 24s to 24s 7d, small 18s, oulls 14s 6d, medium black face hoggets 19s 6d, poor conditioned 4 and 5-year ewes running with Southdown rams 27s 9d, good full-mouthed ewes running with Southdown rams 27s to 28s 6d. Rough 3-year Polled Angus cross steers £7 2s 6d, Shorthorn and Hereford cross £6 to £6 10s, broken coloured and small Jersey weaners £2 2s, small mixed sex Polled Angus weaners £2 ss, backward dairy heifers £2 15s to £3, backward dairy oows £3 12s 6d to £'4 ss. Draught mare, all work, £39; draught mare in foal, £4O; draught 9-year gelding, ohains, £3O; 3-year gelding, unbroken, £2O; 9mths. Ally, £l6 10s.
