CHEAP WOOLLEN GOODS. MINISTER ISSUES WARNING. (by Telegrar-b—rres« Association.) WELLINGTON Saturday The Minister of Industries and Commerce, the Hon. D. G. Sullivan, issues a warning that any woollen goods offered at absurdly low prices should be carefully examined to see whether they are true to the description given by the seller. The warning Is given In the Interests of local manufacturers who have established a reputation for high class woollen goods. In one case brought under his notice it was found on examination that the garment offered for sale and described as all wool contained less than 5 per cent wool.
