Two hundred thousand lined the streets when the funeral cortege of the late Marchese Marconi traversed the thoroughfares to the cathedral for the obsequies. Marchese Marconi’s daughter Elettra. It is now believed, will inherit half her father's estate, which is expected to total £5,000,000, and also a quarter of the other half, which Italian parents are ODliged to bequeatli among the children. Marchese Marconi's three children by the first marriage will thus inherit about £6OOO each. The widow win enjoy the interest on Elettra's half share during her lifetime.
