PLANES IN SOUTH AFRICA. ALTITUDE GAINED RAPIDLY. MANUFACTURED IN PRETORLA. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. CopyrlgbL (Received July 23, 11 a.m.) CAPETOWN, July 22. Two of 65 Hartebeest aeroplanes manufactured in Pretoria were successfully tested and gained altitude with great rapidity. The - Hartebeest is a two-gun gen-eral-purposes aircraft, capable of a speed of 186 miles an hour. In future one plane will be completed weekly.
