SMALL BOY KILLED.
MANTELPIECE OVERBALANCES. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WANGANUI, Thursday. Fatal injuries were received to-day by Jock Reynolds' Wright (4). son of Mr T. R. Wright, manager of Messrs Wright, Stephenson and Company, Limited, when a heavy mantelpiece in a garage fell on his head. The boy, it appears, was reaching for an object on the mantelpiece when lie overbalanced it. Death is believed to have been Instantaneous.
