OBSERVERS IN SPAIN.
INVITATION TO DR. W. B. SUTCH. VISIT TO THE BATTLEFRONT. (Special Correspondent). LONDON, June 26. A representative in London of the Spanish Government has extended a private Invitation to Dr. W. B. Sutch, secretary-economist to the Minister of Finance, the Hon. Walter Nash, to accompany a small party of observers from the Dominions on a visit to Spain next month. l)r. Sutch, however, is unable to accept 1 lie invitation. The proposal is that the parly should visit particularly Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante, Almeria, Madrid and a section of the bat ile front. Every facility, it is stated, will he extended to ‘ the visitors to gain all the knowledge limy desire. This is Ihe second invitation Dr. Sutch has received to visit Spain. Last Easter lie was invited bv the representative in London of the Catalonian Government lo visit Barcelona, but lie was unable to make the Journey. ______
