WEDDING.
PROWSE—FHANK. 1 l The marriage was solemnlsed in All Saints’ Church, Matamata, between his Lillian, second daughter of Mr ,and Mrs Frank, of Peria, Matamata, hand William John, second son of Mr and Mrs T. H. Prowse, of Matamata. The Rev. G. F. W. Oulds was the officiating clergyman. The bride, who was given away by her father, looked charming in a frock of ivory crepe de chine, with full ecru lace sleeves and dainty lace inlets in the bodies. The skirt was cut on graceful lines, falling to a small train at the back. She wore a veil of silk net, arranged at the head with a cor—onet of orange blossoms and carried a white prayer book and ribbon. The bridesmaids, Miss P. Frank (sister of the bride), and Miss I. Corbett, Wore similar frocks of eau de nil crepe ma chine and carried bou—quets of pink Chrysanthemums and asparagus fern. Mr T. Prowse was best man and Mr G. Lidbury groomsman. ‘ The reception was held at the home of Mr and Mrs T. H. Prowse, Bur-i wood 'Road. The reception room was tastefully decorated with Iceland poppies and greenery. Mrs Prowse wore a. brown face-cloth frock with astrachan collar and cuffs, and carried an autumn tinted posy. Mrs Frank wore a brown tailored frock and carried a. similar posy. Among those present warez—Mr and Mrs T. H. Prowse, Mr and Mrs Frank, Rev. and Mrs G. F. W. Oulds, Mr and Mrs J. Simpson, Mr and Mrs J. Cranswick, Mr and Mrs C. Chapman, Mr and Mrs C. Collins, Mr and Mrs J. Beeby, Mr and Mrs R. Williams, Mr and Mrs C. Cameron, Mr and .\ll's G. Prowse, Mr and Mrs Tiddy. Misses E. Prowse, D. Prowse, K. Chapman, M. Simpson, P. Frank, J. Corbett, A. Cranswick, M. Collins. K. Simpson, 0. Frank, J. Frank, D. Tiddy. Messrs T. Prowse, J. Lidbury, G. Frank, H. Frank, W. Blair, Corbett, L. Gordon and M. Smith. The bride travelled in a brown tailored costume with accessories to match.
