Defendant was to have paid Thompson £2 25 per week and Wll- - £3 per week. but only save them money piece meal. and still owed them part or their wages. The department had written to hlm on num—erous occasions and had finally given him seven days‘ notice. but he had not paid. He was convicted and fined 10) with costs on each charge
