COXVICTED, Two charges or falling to a ‘ employees their full wagesp L 333 week. were preferred against Harry Richards by the lnspector of Factories, in the Hamilton Magistrate‘s Court. this morning, before Mr S. L Paterson SM. Mr C. R. Rawllns. for the depart» ment. stated that defendant was a wellborer and the charges were in re~ spec: to two employers. Arthur Noel Williams and Walter Henry Thompson. Defendant was to have paid Thompson £2 25 per week and Wll- - £3 per week. but only save them money piece meal. and still owed them part or their wages. The department had written to hlm on num—erous occasions and had finally given him seven days‘ notice. but he had not paid. He was convicted and fined 10) with costs on each charge
