At a meeting of the executive of the Te Awamutu branch of the Returned Soldiers‘ Association last evening a notice was received from Major A. E. Gibbons, lst Battalion, \Vaikato Regiment, saying that the brochure for the occasion or the presentation of the col~ ours was being reprinted and copies ‘would be available it advice were re—- ‘ ceived by June 10. One guinea wu ixoted towards the cost of the colours. ‘lt was decided to hold the annual reunion on Monday. June 15. when Colonel J. Hargest. .\I.P.. would be ‘the guest of honour. i Advice was received that the Ohaupo sub-branch would hold a re-unlon on June 10. and an invitation was e.\— tended to the Te Awamutu returned soldiers to attend. Remits to the annual conference were discussed.
