CHILDREN’S PARTY.
PARENTS’ ASSOCIATION FUNOTIONJ A children's party conducted by the Parents' Association was held in the A-rapunl Workers‘ Hall on Saturday afternoon. The party commenced with com< munity singing by thex children and items were given by Misses E. Hedge (song), M. Barr (tap dance). J. Wil‘son (fancy dance), and Masters A. and R. Ackland (duet). D. -I3herry (sailors‘ hornpipe). 0. Hedge (mouth organ solo). and W. Maohin (song). Between items the children were provided with sweets and afternoon tea. At the end of the afternoon a nail driving competition for the ladies was won by Mrs M. Machin. m
