The question of motor boats or. me \Naikato River was again before the Hamiltonßorough Council last Liven-in-g, when advice was received from the borough‘soiircitors, Messrs Swarbrick and Swarbrick, that under the provisions of the Harbours Act, 1904, there were regulations dealing with this matter in a most comprehensive and drastic manner. The writers added that the Minister ,0! Marine had advised that the neces—sary steps to appoint a supervising officer, under the regulations, at Hamilton, .\vere being taken.
