FAREWELL TO MANAGER.
.__—.__— OATHERING ‘l' TE AROMA. (Special to Times.) TE AROHA, \\’ednesday. The Mayor, Mr R. Coulter. and members of the Te Aroha Borough Council. Joined with the stat! and local master butchers in bidding farewell to Mr P. J. Sheridan, who after holding the Miles or abattolrs manager for the last 10 years. is retiring on superannuation. Several speakers referred to the con—soientious manner in which Mr Sheridan had carried out his duties and to’ the service he had given the trade. The presentation took the form of a case of pipes from the master butchers and a fountain pen from the Borough Couno cil.
