OBITUARY.
Mn J. I'. man. , The death occurred at .\iorrinsviiio on Sunday. May 25. of Mr John Thomas Osborn, aged 68 years. Mr Osborn. who was a tailor by trade. had lived in Waihi belore going to .\lorrinsviiie. while his euiy years were spent in Victoria. During his 20 years‘ residence in Mon-ine-ville deceased had taken a keen interest in music and singing and was the conductor of the Methodist Church and Sunday School choirs. He me also chairman of the .\iorrinsvilie. Boy Scout Committee. Deceased is survived by his wife and one son. h Mn J. GHADWIOK. AUCKLAND. Monday. Mr Joseph Chadwick. aged 79. I well-known sporting writer. died lud~ denly at his home in Runners this morning. His publication “Men of Mark,“ was well-known.
