After having been reported sunk ll Nantucket Sound and all hands relcued, the Canadian National steamer Canadian Planter is now reported to have reached Boston in a damaged condition. 16 days after her supposed sinking. A cable message from New York on May .2 stated that the Canadian Planter collided with the British steamer City of Auckland and sank almost, immediately, the crew of 35 being taken aboard the Clty of Auckland. The Canadian Planter, a vessel or 533:) tons, lelt .~nd on March 19 for New York, Boston and Montreal.
