Asked why she had rejected the COoperation of Mr Philip Levey, the Ne“ York lawyer appointed by her husband, she replied: “I didn't want any duplication in the tight for my son. I felt that the place for me to wage my battle was here in California, near Freddie,” Mr Meyberg has made the first move in the legal battle by announcing that unless Freddie is brought to his mother within 24 hours proceedings will be started.
