VANISHED FOR A WEEK. FOUND IN HOLLYWOOD. After being missing for neaerly a week, .\lrs Lilian Bartholomew. ui’ IBarnes, London, has been found in ‘ Hollywood. She has engaged at local lawyer, Mr Leonard Meyberg, to assist her with the legal details of her appeal against the decision granling .\lisr’, .\lillicent Bartholomew onstody of Freddie, and has reported her arrival at the British Consulate. Asked why she had rejected the COoperation of Mr Philip Levey, the Ne“ York lawyer appointed by her husband, she replied: “I didn't want any duplication in the tight for my son. I felt that the place for me to wage my battle was here in California, near Freddie,” Mr Meyberg has made the first move in the legal battle by announcing that unless Freddie is brought to his mother within 24 hours proceedings will be started.
