DIRECTORS’ RECOMMENDATION. (By Teleg-rapn.—Pres* Association.) WELLINGTON. Friday. The directors of the Bank of New Zealand announce that, -subject to audit they will recommend at file annual meeting of shareholders on June 12 a final dividend of Is a share to ordinary shareholders for the last half-year, making the distribution the same as for the previous year.
