M SUSPENSION OF JOcKEYS. United Press Assn—Elem Tel. copyright MELBOURNE, May 20. ‘ The stipendiary stewards of the .\ioonee Valley Racing Club had their busiest. day for many years to-day when six jockeys were suspended for various ofiences. Those suspended were: H. Badger, three months for‘ interference; A. Dewhurst, two months‘ for crowding; D. Bourke, two months for interference; i“. Devaile, one month for giving misleading evidence at an inquiry; G, Newton, one month for interference; A. Gough, one month for interference. In addition A. Lodders was reprimanded for interference and all the riders in one race were reprimanded for not giving their mounts preliminary runs.
