TRADE TREATY SIGNED. BIG REDUCTIONS IN DUTIES. WASHINGTON, May 18. A trade treaty between the United Slates and Finland —the sixteenth to 1 he made under the Trade Agreements Art of 1934, was signed to-day. It provides for material reductions in the duties on many exports lo Finland, principally agricultural products, as i well as on imports from Finland, j Moreover, under the treaty Finland I cannot impose quantitative restrictions on imports from America. The Finnish concessions affect. 60 per cent of the exports from the United States (to Finland as for the year 193 4, and reductions in duty are granted on 11 I uer cent of the imports from Fmiahct
