AUBTRALASIAN PLANTATIONS, LTD. ORDER GRANTED BY JUDGE. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. SYDNEY, May 18. In the Equity Court to-day Mr Justice Long Innes granted an order wind-ing-up Australasian Plantations, Limited, a company formed in 1932 with a capital of £75,000,- its object being the acquisition of land in New Zealand suitable for the plantation of tung trees and carrying on business as tung oil producers.

It was alleged that the company had fallen into default. Its assets are £25,880, and its liabilities total £45,174. The company resisted the petition.
