The Court of Criminal Appeal has set aside Hie conviction of the six youths who were sentenced to death in connection with the assault upon a young Italian woman at Parramatta, and has ordered a new trial. The Chief Justice said there, was at least the possibility tbat the Jury had been under a misapprehension, and had assumed to some Extent that tht accused had to prove consent.
