CONVICTIONS SET ASIDE NEW TRIAL ORDERED. United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright. SYDNEY, May 13. The Court of Criminal Appeal has set aside Hie conviction of the six youths who were sentenced to death in connection with the assault upon a young Italian woman at Parramatta, and has ordered a new trial. The Chief Justice said there, was at least the possibility tbat the Jury had been under a misapprehension, and had assumed to some Extent that tht accused had to prove consent.
