WINTER BHOW EXHIBITS. JUDGES’ BIG TASK. With over 1200 entries from dairy factories in all parts of New Zealand, the butter and cheese section at the forthcoming Waikato Winter Show will provide one of the finest exhibitions of the Dominion’s primary produce ever seen in this 'country. Judging will commence to-morrow, when fourteen officials, officers of the Dairy Division of the Department -of Agriculture, will be engaged. By encouraging competition among the butter and cheese factories of both islands, the dairy section at the show has been a factor in the improvement of the Dominion's primary produce, over a long period. As a result the section has come to he recognised as the most important in New ’ Zealand, and the interest of factory staffs throughout the country is centred in the competitions.

In both butter and cheese divisions valuable trophies will be contested, two of the cups being valued at £l5O. In keeping with the importance of the section, generous prize money has also been allocated for the various classes.
