No complaint was made to the police at that time but following further trouble with the accused over entering Ihe cabaret ami ti»e police being sent for. a complaint was made and lengthy evidence was given with regard to the happenings. Taking the view that the accused was under the influence of liquor. Mr \\ . F. Stillwell, S.M., imposed a line of £2 10s and costs but it was accompanied with a solemn warning that ac cased must accept the situation that If there were any more razor work on I u p irt of a< ouaed he would gi\ e lay in his power ns a magistrate.
