THE NEW GOVERNMENT. COMMUNISTS REFUSE INVITATION. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. May 14. The Communists declined M. Blum’s invitation to enter the new Government. They say that they are convinced that they could best serve the cause of economic and social revival by remaining outside, while giving the Government loyal support. They describe the committees set up recently as designed only to reinforce Hie liaison between the Left parties throughout the country.
