EMPIRE AIR PROGRESS.

INCREASE IN MILEAGE. The mileage of the air routes operated by Imperial Airways and its associated companies has now reached a total of approximately 26,000. Four years ago the route mileage of the Imperial air-lines was only 8,320. When all the services now projected are in operation, the mileage of our Empire air routes will have been increased to just over 40,000. At the present time the aircraft of Imperial Airways are flying an average of 17,000 miles a day.
