DANCE AND SOCIAL.
FUNCTION AT KAIRANQI. A very enjoyable dance and social evening organised by the social club committee was held recently in the Kairangi Hall. Excellent music was supplied by Mrs P. Alderman (piano), Mr C. W. Hodgson (violin), and Mr V. Looker (accordeon). The ladies of the social committee were responsible for the supper. Among those present were:—Mesdames V. Looker, J. Partridge, J. Main, J. Steer, E. von Sturmer, P. Alderman, W. King, L. Taylor, G. Headifen, L. Dick, H. Morriss, C. Dench, A. Leech. Misses E. Partridge, R. Bennett, Jean Looker, R. Looker, L. Looker, L. Dench, P. Main, and A. Alderman.
