DELIGHTFUL EVENING SPENT. YOUNG PEOPLE‘S FUNCTION. Miss Marie McMullln and Miss Helene Clark. who are home for the vacation, were hostesses to their friends in the Lyceum Club Lounge. whlch was delightfully say with bowls of vlvld orange berries, autumn follage, Iceland poppies. hydrangeas and 'chrysanthemums. last evening, at a delightful party. Carnival hats gave a party effect. and a jolly xsplrit prevailed throughout the evening, \VlllL‘ll was passed with amusing games and numpctlllons. which were won by Misses .loun Serge] and Barbara l’ountney. A delicious supper was served during the evening. Mrs H. J. McMullin was wearing a charming gown of eofl'ee brown lace. with toning fur coaiee, and Mrs A. R. Clark wore a graceful frock of sage green crepe Leger, with relief in silver lame. Miss Clark was wearing petal pink self—patterned satin gram), and Miss McMulliu, saraceu red corded velvet.
