WEDDING.
FOWLER—NEIL. The marriage was s‘olemnised at the Manawaru Church recently. between Vera, elder daughter of Mr and Mrs J. Neil, or Manawaru. and William Fowler, second son‘ of Mrs Lord. 0! Patea. l The bride, who was given away by her rather, wore a tailored brown ‘ooatume with an attractive smocked apricot crepe de chine blouse. which was finished off at the neckline with} a. cluster of orange blossom. Her hat was of stitched brown felt and her eaoessorles were of a matching shade of brown. The bridesmaid, Miss Edna Neil, wore a flecked mulberry tweed frock, with accessories in brown shades. ’l‘he prayer books which the bride and her bridesmaids curried were family heirlooms Mr John Fowler was best man. The reception was held at the home of the bride‘s parents. Mrs Neil re—ceiving the guests wearing a frock of new flowered marocain.
