Mr Neville Chamberlain, announced in the House of Commons 10-dav that the president of the tribunal of inquiry Into Ihe alleecd leakage of Budget secrets would he Sir Samuel Porter, one of the Judges of the Klng.’s Bench Division. The two other members, said Mr Chamberlain, would be Messrs Gavin Slmonds and Roland nliver. both King's Counsel. The Inquiry would he opened at the Law Courts nrxt Monday. Sir Samuel Porter has been a Judge ol the h-r.g i bench LU'ikian since JJi*.
