SENATE'S BAN DEFIED. PROCESSION THROUGH STREETS. United Press Assn—Elec. TeL Copyright. SYDNEY. May 7. The students at Sydney University have decided to defy the University Senate’s ban on their annual procession through the city streets, and will hold it this month. The Senate's embargo came about some year* ago when some tableaux were adjudged to be unedifying. The students obtained the permission of the police to conduct the procession after giving their assuranco that they would eliminate anything undesirable.
