FOOTBALLERS’ DANCE.
FUNCTION AT HAUTAPU. The Hautapu Football Club held an enjoyable dance in the Hautapu Hall recently. The duties of Me. were ably carried out by Mr S. \*utt, while Clayton’s orchestra . d to make the evening a success. Among those present were: Mes dames Turnbull, wearing ciel bin georgette; Leckie, Marina floral crepe; Misses R. Henson, red elephant crepe; M. Henson, floral geoergette; K. Ibbotsen, pale pink taffetas; J. Hardy, reseda green velvet; D. Newcombe, pink marocain; I. Newcombe, pale green organdie; K. Miller, black velvet; J. Miller, wine velvet; M- Wallace, pale pink crepe de chine; A. Wallace, green silk velvet and silver; R. Arnold, pink georgette and silver; D. Wattam, green velvet; E. O’Keefe, red marocain; P. Buttimore, green silk velvet and silver; Jackson Hamilton), red windswept satin; H. Dallimore, floral taffetas; K. Sullivan, blue floral marocain; J. McLeod, blue velvet ; .D. McLeod, green uncrushable crepe; E. Bourke, red velvet; J. White, apricot satin; M- Lyons, pink crepe suede.
