Sprague, expenditure for 19313-87 was set at £119,175, while revenUe was stated to be £124,713, leaving a balance at £4938, from which it was decided to return £2505 to the consumers in the form of lower charges. The reductions are as follows: Lighttng.—Reciuction of id per unit. involving £1955. The present light—ing rates are 8d gross. and discount lid—Sid net. The new rate is 71 gross and discount.
