THE RAINFALL.
MORRINSVILLE RETURNS. The rainfall for September at Morrinsville as recorded by Dr. Geo. E. Seville shows that 3.73 inches fell on 16 days. The highest daily fall was .59 inches, registered on the 29th. The September rainfall for the four previous years was: 1929, 1.55 inches, on 10 days; 1928, 7.28 inches on 16 days; 1927, 4.13 inches on 11 days; 1926, 2.66 inches on 9 days.
